Happy Friday on a Sunday, my friends! Last week ended up busier than I expected…too busy to get this post published, but not too busy to do a fun roundup of things wanted to share. Here are some of my favorites from last week.
Pink and tan sweater: The perfect sweater for Valentine’s Day that you can wear all winter.
Bobbi Brown’s memoir: I’m listening to Bobbi Brown’s memoir Still Bobbi and it’s excellent! I love filling my head with stories of successful female founders and there’s no better than the North Shore’s very own cosmetic mogul! She sold her company—Bobbi Brown—to Leonard Lauder when she was 37, and then proceeded to set up trusts for all of her nieces and nephews so their parents didn’t have to worry about paying for college. (I would love to do something like that for my family!) If you loved Ina Garten and Elyce Aron’s memoirs, you will love this one, too!
Pink ballet flats: Love these for a little touch of spring.
Alex Mill tote: I bought one of Alex Mill’s totes in the fall and continue to love it! This crisp white one has spring break written all over it!
Suede shopper: This bag looks so much more expensive than it is!
Blush stick: A friend of mine was wearing this blush last week and it was the perfect color pink.
Mascara: This mascara has been haunting me in my Instagram feed so I had to take it for a spin. I love that Westman Atelier sells minis. It’s a great way to try their products. This mascara was a 10/10!
Eyeshadow stick: If you need to wake up your winter eyes, this eyeshadow stick is the trick!
Hydration: I LOVE Sarah Creal products! Sarah Creal founded her company when she was over 40 and makes makeup and skincare for women age 40+. This week, one of my favorite influencers–Liz Adams–showed how she uses the Moisture Source. During the day, if her skin starts to feel dry, she just pats this on her face for a quick pick-me-up. I can’t wait to try this myself!
Flower necklace: Kozach Jewelers sent me this necklace to try and I thought it was so sweet and feminine. Nice price point too.
Heart earrings: Beautiful for Valentine’s Day or if your maiden name is “Hartman”…you can wear them all year long!
Heart fair isle sweater: So warm and perfect for right now. Don’t sleep on the Gap! Their styles and prices can’t be beat!
