
This will be one of those weeks where the three of us will be like ships passing in the night. Does anyone else dislike weeknight meetings? I have to keep it easy-breezy for dinner this week because I feel like we’ll be eating in shifts, but it still helps to have a little plan in place. So here we are!
Monday: Chicken fried rice and broccoli (using Trader Joe’s veggie fried rice, shredded rotisserie chicken, and the Trader Joe’s Soyaki sauce)
Tuesday: Spaghetti and meatballs (these are the best!!)
Wednesday: Taco salads (with chili leftovers from Sunday)
Thursday: Homemade chicken noodle soup
Friday: Silo Pizza always
Saturday: Out to dinner
