Hello friends. I have just a few recipes in my meal plan this week since we’re heading out of town on Wednesday for a quick summer vacation while our son Leo is on a break from football. We’ll only have two of our kids with us, which still feels funny to not be traveling with all of them. I’m also secretly hoping that our son Eddie can drive on over and meet us since we picked an East Coast destination (Newport, Rhode Island) to give us the best chance of this happening. Fingers triple, quadruple crossed!

Monday: Garlic Expressions marinaded chicken with this peach chopped salad from Courtney at A Life from Scratch
Tuesday: Skinnytaste Chicken Florentine (this is so good and not heavy at all!)
