Last week, my son Jimmy told me he doesn’t like surprises when it comes to dinner, so I’m basically making these weekly menu lineups for him! Ha! So, here is everything I’ll be cooking up this week.
Monday: Fall stew (Jimmy’s request even though it’s going to be 80 degrees today!)
Tuesday: Ground beef tacos with cilantro lime rice
Wednesday: Jimmy’s favorite baked parmesan chicken and Grandma’s onion rice
Thursday: Chicken pot pie
Friday: Silo pizza
