Easter Brunch Menu

I was sitting in the bleachers at the Notre Dame spring game yesterday and decided I was going to host Easter. It’s so easy with my Mom, sister, and sisters-in-law who always pitch in. We divide and conquer and get it all done. I actually think the hardest part is trying to make the day fun for my little nieces and nephews. My sisters-in-law said they would take care of this and that is such a huge relief! Fingers crossed that the weather will be nice. Right now, the forecast for Lake Forest is 60 degrees and sunny!

Brunch

Here’s everything we’ll be making for Easter brunch.

Sunrise Punch

Grandma’s Cinnamon Rolls: Take crescent rolls from the can. Flatten out each triangle. On the wide end, put a pat of butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon and then roll them up and bake according to package directions.

Cheesy Egg Bake

A Life From Scratch Breakfast Bake

French Toast Casserole (serve with strawberries, whip cream, and syrup)

Monkey Bread

Mini Blueberry Muffins

Peep Kabobs

Mixed fruit

Elawa Spring Celebration Lemon Cake

That should do it! Time to head to the grocery store.

If you have a minute, I would love to know what you’re making for brunch. And if I can figure what I’m making for Easter dinner, I will be sure to share that, too.

Happy happy Easter!
