
Hello friends! I have a big week of cooking ahead of me with my sweet kids home from college for spring break. I’m so happy to have them here and they seem happy to be home, too. It’s funny how college makes them appreciate dinners at home. Here is everything I’m making this week.
On their first night at home on Sunday, we tried the new Denuccis in Highland Park. The restaurant is beautiful. The service was wonderful and our meal was very good. It was hard to get a reservation there and I know these are the reasons why. Definitely worth a visit!
Monday: Baked parmesan chicken, pesto noodles, sauteed green beans
Tuesday: Sweet potato hamburger bowls (these sound weird but they are so good!)
Wednesday: Pork tenderloin and roasted veggies
Thursday: Liz Adam’s lightened spaghetti with cherry tomatoes
Friday: Carryout sushi
Saturday: Out for burgers
