Hi friends. It’s a sprint into spring break! Only four days of making dinner this week and that makes me so happy! Here is everything I’m cooking up this week.

Monday: Abby Thome’s corned beef, cabbage, and potatoes–an Irish feast!

Tuesday: Liz Joy’s children’s favorite pasta

Wednesday: Chili and corn muffins

Thursday: Clean-out-the-fridge leftovers

Friday: ORD >>> LHR
