Last week I mentioned that I’ve had to put meal planning back into my routine because winging it for six people every night isn’t working for me. So, we’re back into making a meal plan on Sunday and it’s here to stay until they roll out this summer. Here’s what I’m cooking up this week.
Sunday: Steak, green beans, Mediterranean Pasta Salad from Garden Grown
Monday: Easy chicken fajita bowls
Tuesday: Sheet-pan balsamic pork tenderloin, brown rice, sweet potatoes, and Brussel sprouts
Wednesday: Liz Adams’ Summer Caprese Pasta
Thursday: White bean chicken chili and corn muffins
Friday: Pizza
