Autumn Dinner Menu

It was so much fun to host some friends for dinner on a Tuesday night. I picked some easy recipes that were easy to have ready before my guests arrived. These would work great if you will be entertaining a full house over Thanksgiving.

Fall Harvest Salad (I omitted the chicken and sweet potatoes from this recipe so that it was just a fall salad. The dressing is what makes this one so good!)

Autumn Chicken Dinner with Roasted Vegetables (only change I would make is to use chicken breasts instead of thighs)

Light & Buttery Classic Popovers

Pumpkin Dump Cake
