
I have been trying so hard to get about 130 grams of protein each day, but no matter how hard I try to get it with whole foods, I usually need to supplement with a smoothie. The warmer weather has me craving this Hailey Bieber-inspired recipe with all of the protein I can jam in.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of Fair Life skim milk (13 grams)
- 1 scoop of Clean Simple Eats Simply Vanilla Protein Powder (20 grams)
- 1 scoop of vanilla-flavored Cowboy Colostrum
- 1 scoop Vital Proteins powder (has 18 grams but isn’t considered a complete protein, but it doesn’t hurt)
- 5 frozen strawberries
- 1/4 banana, frozen
- 1 generous scoop of Coco Whip to top
What You Do
Put all of the ingredients into your Ninja or blender to combine. It’s amazing how this mixture fluffs up and expands. Pour into your favorite glass and top with a big scoop of Coco Whip! This recipe makes 1 serving.
