Friday Faves, Vol. 11

Happy Friday friends!

I’m not sure if it’s graduation season, end-of-school chaos, track-mom duties, work, or just life lately, but this week absolutely flew by and I honestly feel a little cooked. 😅

So instead of trying to reinvent the wheel for today’s Friday Favorites, I thought I’d share the little things currently getting me through these busy days! Nothing groundbreaking. Just tiny routines, beauty favorites, and comfort-level obsessions that are making life feel slightly easier lately. Here’s what carried me through this week:

Daily hot yoga: I genuinely don’t know where I would be without this practice right now. It clears my head, gets me out of my own thoughts for a minute, and somehow always makes me feel more grounded again. Forever Om Yoga for the win!

Vital Proteins in my coffee every morning: Part routine, part placebo, part survival strategy. Either way, I’m committed.

Cyklar Vanilla Verve Body Wash: I don’t know how to explain this except that this body wash smells expensive and comforting at the same time. One of those little shower upgrades that somehow makes me feel more pulled together.

YSE Dewy Peptide Plumping Serum: My skin has been feeling tired lately and this has helped so much. It gives that fresh, hydrated glow that makes you look slightly more rested than you actually are.

Sarah Creal under-eye concealer: Still my favorite. Still worth every penny. Covers dark circles without looking heavy or dry—which, at this stage of life, honestly feels like a minor miracle.

My Day Designer calendar: I know everything is digital now, but physically writing things down keeps me sane. If it’s not written in this planner, there’s a very real chance it does not happen.

My newest Starbucks obsession: An iced shaken espresso with strawberry cold foam.
I realize this sounds odd, but trust me on this one. It’s the perfect little mid-afternoon reward when the day starts dragging and it’s under 200 calories.

Pre-dinner walks with Annie: Is there anything better than a quick walk and talk around the block? I love these little catchups + a few extra steps!

A hydrating mask at the end of the day: Currently treating this as emotional support skincare. My sister Sarah turned me on to this goodie.

A 9 p.m. bedtime, no negotiating: At this point in life, staying up late has absolutely lost its appeal. Nothing good happens for me after 9:15 p.m.

An episode of Friends & Neighbors (hello Jon Hamm!) and/or a chapter of Yesteryear by Caro Claire Burke before bed (OMG the book’s main character!) I forgot how much I missed ending the day with a good show or a good book instead of endlessly scrolling my phone.

I would love to know one little thing making your life better lately too. Sometimes it really is the small stuff. 🤍
