Happy Friday! It’s been a big week over here and I’m so grateful the weekend is here. Annie and Jimmy are happily moved into their colleges and my Dad is home recovering from his knee surgery. All in all–it’s been a good week.
Now my attention is turned to my trip to visit Grace next week. We’re going to do two nights in the Cotswolds and three nights in London. The visit will be short but wonderful! I can’t wait!
Right now, the weather is skewing more fall with morning temperatures in the 50s and the highs never going above 70 degrees. With the exception of some rain in the forecast, this weather sounds perfect.
I never check a bag for these short trips, so I really have to plan what I bring. My Friday Faves this week is what I have in mind. I’m also bringing my trusty J.Crew trench coat (it’s on sale!) and these new PJs the brand Piyama sent to me. They feel very British.
More to come this week, but it’s so fun getting my suitcase ready.
