
I’ve had so many requests for this recipe I shared for this protein matcha latte I made this week that has 39 grams of protein and less than 200 calories. I think there is something to the products I’m using because I don’t think all matcha and protein are created equally. So, here is exactly what I’m using.
- 1 cup Fairlife Fat-Free milk
- 1 scoop of Kroma Beauty Matcha
- 1 scoop of Clean Simple Eats Vanilla protein powder
Using a hand frother, blend these top three ingredients until well mixed. Once blended, add:
- I scoop of Coco Whip (optional)
- Handful of ice cubes
