Baked Ziti & This Week’s Dinners

Happy Monday! My dinner lineup is out a little late today because the spring-y menu I planned for this week went out the window when we went back to winter. Ugh! So we’re starting the week with a little comfort food and we’ll finish strong with a couple healthier items towards the end. Here you go!

Monday: Baked ziti (Yum! Inspired to make this when I saw that @seeannajane was making it!)

Tuesday: Italian soup and Trader Joe’s onion focaccia

Wednesday: Sheet-pan Greek chicken with feta

Thursday: Spring chicken pot pie

Friday: Leo’s choice (celebrating his first day of summer break! ☘️)
