
Thinking about making dinner after a whole week off from doing it is never fun. So I’m easing back into things with a few easy favorites.
Monday: Beef stew over egg noodles and green beans
Tuesday: Seasoned pork tenderloin, roasted potatoes, and broccoli (easiest dinner idea: season your pork tenderloin well with McCormick’s garlic, herb, sea salt, and pepper blend and drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake at 400 until it reaches a middle temp of 160.)
Wednesday: TheSaltedFourk’s bacon and asparagus pasta
Thursday: Eats with Ally Tuscan chicken with orzo
Friday: Veggie and cheese pizza from Silo
