
We have begun the part of summer where I’m making lots of Annie’s favorite dinners before she heads back to school. I always love having her home, but one of her most lovable traits is that she eats all of our leftovers! That’s extra motivation for me to make things she likes. So here’s everything I’m making this week.
Monday: Camp Hope chicken (chicken thighs, dipped in butter, rolled in bread crumbs, sprinkled with salt and lemon pepper, bake at 350 for 50 minutes until nice and brown–this is my Mom’s exact recipe) and Jennifer Aniston salad
Tuesday: Skinnytaste Zucchini lasagna with meatsauce
Wednesday: A Life From Scratch sheet-pan sausage and veggies with green goddess dressing
Thursday: A Life From Scratch Carnitas with crunchy slaw on the side
Friday: Silo pizza (always Silo pizza!)
