My Favorite Podcasts for Walking

One of my goals for 2026 is to try and walk 10,000 steps every day (except Sunday!). I have found that the best way for me to stick to this–even when it means I have to get them in on the treadmill–are good podcasts. Here are the four that have been keeping me walking lately!

Juicy Scoop with Heather McDonald: Love Heather McDonald’s take on pop culture from her POV as a 55-year-old stand up comedian.

Two Judgey Girls: These two girls–Mary from the Bay and Courtney from LA–love Bravo TV as much as I do. They review almost all of Bravo’s current lineup, and listening to them is better than actually watching the shows.

Reality Life with Kate Casey: Kate Casey reviews unscripted programming–reality television, documentaries–you name it. She often gets interviews with the most coveted directors and producers and I never listen to one of her shows without learning something and wanting to know more.

Next question with Katie Couric: Katie Couric single-handely elevates my listening habits. She is always on the pulse of whatever is happening in the world and is never afraid to ask the hard questions. Katie makes me smarter!

I also used to listen to Smartless all of the time, but they fell out of my rotation. I have to get those guys back into my lineup.

What do you listen to? Please let me know if you give any of these a try.
