Happy Friday, friends!
We’re heading to South Bend tomorrow for Senior Day for Leo—Notre Dame’s last home game of the regular season. How on earth are we already here? I swear we just dropped off that cutie. I’m hoping the Irish keep this momentum so we get a few more weeks of football, but there’s a real chance tomorrow could be Leo’s last run through that tunnel. 🥹
We’ll have a big crew with us, too. My parents are coming, and my sweet sister and brother-in-law are hosting a post-game senior tailgate at their house. Even though Leo technically has one more year of eligibility, we’re not taking a single celebration for granted. There’s plenty for him to sort out about next year, but for now our job is to just be present and soak up this milestone. ☘️
I don’t know if anyone else is like this, but when I have big family things stacked on top of more big family things, I can only focus on whatever is right in front of me. So while I can’t really think about Thanksgiving until Sunday, I decided today’s Friday Favorites will be devoted to all my go-tos for next week’s holiday—including a few ideas for what to wear.
